Rent-Track Terms of Service

Rent-Track is a software platform for property portfolio administration, including owner, agent, tenant, lease, payment, expense, document, and communications management.

You may use Rent-Track only if you are legally able to enter into binding agreements and are authorized to act on behalf of yourself, your business, or the relevant property owner.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, for activity occurring under their accounts, and for ensuring that user roles and permissions are used appropriately.

You may not use Rent-Track to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful communications, upload malicious code, interfere with platform operations, or process personal information without proper authority.

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the property, tenant, document, and communication data entered into the platform. You grant Rent-Track the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, and store that data to provide the service.

Where enabled, Rent-Track may send operational emails, invitations, reminders, and WhatsApp messages. Delivery depends on third-party providers and their policies, including approval requirements for message templates and conversation-window rules.

Rent-Track may rely on third-party providers, including authentication, hosting, database, storage, email, and messaging services. Availability and performance may depend in part on those providers.

We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We use reasonable measures to protect the platform, but no service is completely secure. You are responsible for using the service in a secure manner and protecting your devices and credentials.

Rent-Track and its software, branding, layout, and platform materials remain the property of their respective owners, except for customer-provided content and data.

Rent-Track is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. The service does not constitute legal, accounting, regulatory, or property management advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rent-Track and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to misuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
